Thevenin Arbitration & ADR is led by Nancy M. Thevenin, Esq., FCIArb, who is the founder and principal of the firm. Ms. Thevenin brings over 20 years of experience as a counsel, advisor, mediator, and arbitrator for international commercial and investment disputes. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and serves as an adjunct professor for the International Commercial Arbitration course at St. John’s University School of Law. Additionally, she has previously chaired the International Section of the New York State Bar Association and is a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators for the Republic of Haiti.
